Parce que cet après midi je me suis demandée si ils avaient de nouveaux projets, j'ai fait quelques recherches ;

David Tennant jouera dans un nouveau drama de la BBC Two, "United"

"United is based on the true story of Manchester United's legendary "Busby Babes", the youngest side ever to win the Football League, the 1958 Munich Air Crash that claimed eight of the their number and the extraordinary spirit of a city that rebuilt the team in the wake of the disaster."

David Tennant jouera le coach Jimmy Murphy, aux côtés de Jack O'Connell (Skins, Dive) qui jouera Bobby Charlton, the youngest of the Babes, et Sam Claflin (Pirates Of The Caribbean, Any Human Heart) qui jouera le joueur "star" Duncan Edwards.

Diffusion annoncée pour "plus tard ce mois", mais il serait plus crédible d'interpréter cela en pensant que c'est la diffusion "privée" (aka pas "à la télé") qui sera faite "plus tard ce mois".

Aucune date ~officielle donc mais on attendra pas trop longtemps à mon avis.

John Simm jouera dans "Exile", un drama en 3 parties qui sera diffusé sur BBC One le 1er mai 2011.

"Exile is a psychological thriller that tells an intimate story of prodigal redemption. The serial follows Tom, who returns to his hometown to be reacquainted with his father to uncover the truth behind what happened between them years before. But Tom's investigations lead him to expose a mind-blowing scandal, two decades old, that changes their lives forever."

John Simm jouera Tom, un journaliste anglais dont le succés est monté à la tête et qui a détruit sa vie et sa carrière, ce qui le décidera à retourner dans sa ville natale. Il y retrouvera son père Sam (Jim Broadbent (Professeur Slughorn dans la franchise Harry Potter), qu'il idôlatrait quand il était petit, atteint d'Alzheimer. Cet homme autrefois incroyable est désormais aidé par Nancy, la petite soeur de Tom (Olivia Coleman – Peep Show, Beautiful People).

Et enfin, Philip Glenister a été presque confirmé pour jouer dans "The Undisclosed", que l'on commencera à filmer le mois prochain apparemment.

"Written by Ronan Bennett, the Undisclosed is a taut and compelling mystery thriller revolving around Harry Venn (Philip Glenister ?), a small-time solicitor. Forced to delve into his murky past when asked to find a missing alibi witness, Venn soon finds himself caught up in a bigger and more complex conspiracy. Blurring the line between the political and the personal, Undisclosed is created by Ronan Bennett and Walter Bernstein."
